By downloading or using Locklify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Throughout these Terms, "we" and "us" refer to the party that makes the App available to you.
Locklify is a mobile application that helps you reinforce study habits—for example through flashcards, quizzes, and related challenges—before or when you open other applications, using features such as Shortcuts on iOS where you configure them. The App is a productivity and learning aid, not a replacement for academic, medical, or professional advice.
Paid features, if offered, are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices, renewal terms, and free trials (if any) are shown in the App and in App Store listings. Your contract for payment is with Apple as applicable; we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. For Apple's standard terms, see Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) as presented in the App Store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. We do not process your payment card details on our own servers.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Locklify Privacy Policy at /locklify/privacy. In short, purchase-related data is handled through RevenueCat and Apple; other study content you create stays on your device as described there.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App, including study outcomes, exam results, or device configuration issues.
We may modify these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
