Does Talleva work offline?
Yes. Routine planning, workout logging, history, progress, recaps, CSV export, and local backup are designed to work offline after installation. An internet connection is needed to purchase or restore Lifetime Premium and to download app updates.
Where is my workout data stored?
Your routines, exercises, workout history, notes, and preferences are stored on your device. Talleva does not require a Talleva account or upload your workout content to a developer-hosted cloud.
How does Lifetime Premium work?
Lifetime Premium is one in-app purchase with no recurring subscription. Apple or Google processes the payment, and RevenueCat verifies access inside Talleva.
I already purchased Premium. How do I restore it?
Open the Talleva paywall and choose Restore purchases. Make sure your device uses the same Apple or Google store account that made the original purchase. Lifetime Premium is platform-specific: an iOS purchase does not unlock Android, and an Android purchase does not unlock iOS.
How should I move or protect my data?
Open Settings → Manage data to create a local backup, restore one, or export CSV for a readable copy of your workout data. Backup and CSV files are unencrypted, so save them somewhere you trust.
Why did I not receive a rest alert?
Rest alerts are optional and matter when Talleva is in the background. Enable notifications in Talleva and in your device settings, then confirm that a rest timer is active.
Can I switch between kilograms and pounds?
Yes. You can change your preferred weight unit at any time from Talleva Settings.
Is Talleva medical or personal-training advice?
No. Talleva records the training choices you make. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe an individualized exercise program.
