How do subscriptions and billing work?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Locklify uses RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. Manage, cancel, or request refunds according to Apple's policies from your Apple ID subscription settings.

I paid but premium is not unlocked

In the app, use Restore purchases (where available) and ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe. If it still fails, email us with a short description and we will help troubleshoot.

How do Shortcuts and automations work?

Locklify relies on Apple Shortcuts and personal automations you set up for each app you want to gate. Follow the in-app guide for your apps; you must install the shortcut and create an automation that runs when the target app opens.

Where is my study data stored?

Flashcards, quizzes, collections, and related content are stored on your device. Back up your device if you want to preserve that data. We do not host copies on our servers.
